• a copy of duly filled and signed Gratis/Official Courtesy visa application form
• two recent standard UK Passport photos with white-coloured background (Scanned photos are not allowed & photo must be taken within the last 6 months)
  • an original diplomatic or official Passport with at least 6 months validity
  • a diplomatic Note Verbal or an appointment letter stating detailed description of the posting and entry to Myanmar

a letter of recommendation or invitation from the Ministry concerned in Myanmar and the company or organization in UK
