Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, has sent a message of felicitations to His Excellency Mr. Philip Hammond, Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, on the occasion of the Birthday of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, which falls on 21 April 2016.
