Three outposts torched, two remote mines and one uniform found

ARSA extremist terrorists carried out surprise attacks on 30 police outposts at Maungtaw Region early on the morning of 25 August. The attacks rendered innocent local peoples including security personnel, ethnic Rakhines, civil servants, Muslims, Hindus, Mro and Dynets dead and injured. Most of local people fled their villages.
On patrol on the morning of 12 September, security personnel found Meetaikchaungwa outpost, Nathataungchaungwa outpost and Thinbawhlachaungwa outpost burnt down. Those outposts were set alight by the terrorists.
Besides, security forces on clearing operations on 12 September evening found two remote-controlled mines and a black uniform with mask onboard a small wooden boat 100 meters from Tonchaung Chaungwa outpost and seized the findings.
